Survice サービスについて

Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please contact us in advance.

Also, please note that check-in after midnight (12:00 AM) is not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

*An additional fee of 1,000 yen per room will be charged for check-in after 10:00 PM.
*Depending on your flight arrival time, we can accommodate late check-in. Please contact us in advance.

チェックインは午後4時～10時となっています。

チェックインが午後10時をすぎる場合は事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。

また、深夜0時を過ぎてのチェックインは受け付けておりませんので、ご了承下さい。

※午後10時以降のチェックインは追加料金1,000円（1室あたり）がかかります。
※飛行機の到着時間により、チェックイン時間が遅くなる場合はご相談に応じます。事前にご連絡下さい。

Late check-out may be available depending on room availability.
It cannot be guaranteed in advance, but same-day extensions may be possible for an additional fee.

お部屋の空き状況により、レイトチェックアウトを承れる場合がございます。
確約はできませんが、当日の状況次第では追加料金にて延長が可能です。

There is no curfew.

門限はございません。

Each room is equipped with a key, so please feel free to use it!

It is possible to send your luggage before your check-in date for an additional fee.

Delivery time: Please specify between 16:00 and 21:00.

Fee:

・If the longest side of your luggage is 80cm or less: ¥1,000 per item per day
・If the longest side of your luggage is over 80cm: ¥1,500 per item per day

Please pay the fee upon check-in.
We cannot accept valuables, fragile items, or refrigerated/frozen goods.
When shipping, please write the reservation name as the sender’s name.

チェックインの日時より前の日に荷物をお送り頂くことは別途料金にて可能です。

※貴重品・壊れやすい物・冷蔵・冷凍品はお預かりできません。
※配送時の宛名は、必ずご予約者様のお名前でご記入ください。

“Reservations can be made 6 months in advance up to the day of your stay.
Even if the room type you want is indicated as fully occupied, it may be possible to accommodate you depending on availability.”

ご予約は6ヶ月前から当日まで受け付けております。
また、長期のご滞在や団体様のご宿泊につきましては、6か月より前に受付可能な場合もございますので、お気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。
